Join this new 'Satsang – Open your heart to light and love' online meditation series that will focus on how to meditate, practice of meditation and discourse on how to integrate meditation within your lifestyle. This session is an informal one for beginners and it flows freely with sharing of ideas, experiences and questions of the participants but always includes 20 to 30 minutes of meditation on light..
